nooooo why does chrome say "This extension may soon no longer be supported because it doesn't follow best practices for Chrome extensions." ???
Simple and effective
really nice app, doesn't lag and does exactly what it says. Please don't let it down.
Helps me concentrate better on the task at hand!
Woaah why haven't I discovered this extension earlier?! It definitely helps me focus on one window when I'm on a larger monitor. Please protect this extension!
Nice extension. But I would have loved it with a setting to enable and disable the three control buttons - Minimize, Maximize and Close, so I can use it as kiosk. Two, I am trying to figure out how i can create a short-cut to a kiosk app where the shortcut can open the page directly in this extension hence looking like it has somehow "bypassed" the browser.
Protect this Extension. This is an amazing extension for maximizing screen space
Does what it says on the tin
perfect for saving space when multitasking
A great solution for saving space on a small screen. The main thing is that it has been working flawlessly for so many years!
Great for websites like Youtube Music - will make it look more like an app with a separate YouTube icon in the taskbar. Much less confusing than having Chrome icon with websites hiding inside.
I have two persistent applications that I run for reference. One pulls from a database, the other includes an iframe whose source is a third-party entity. Both work perfectly as a pop-up using this Chrome extension. They are small, unobtrusive, and do not conflict with the main Chrome browser operations. If they were displayed in Chrome browser tabs, even if pulled from the main browser window, there would be problems, as I access Chrome and specific tabs programmatically. All of which is to say that this is an excellent extension. I was using a Firefox pop-up extension but then Firefox started cluttering my workspace with crash report windows. Firefox is now uninstalled. This Chrome extension is here to stay. If all is well after a month I'll make a donation - will be well worth it.
Just want to say this is GREAT, I loved it, I was looking some to recmove URL and tab bar all together, this get rid of URL and make the tab smaller, but if you can make it even smaller or disappear all together that would be even better. But I also understand that if tap bar does not exist then there would be no way to move it and drag over the place, maybe you can give it like a tiny square on left or right somewhere that does not take any extra space on top but part of the brower that can be used to draw into places. This would be very useful for someone like me who have 6+ brower open at once on screen, where all data displaced are equally important.
Simple, useful, perfect.
very useful +1
Very useful
Does anyone know how to hide the actual title bar (the bar with the window name and maximize and minimize button etc) once i've opened a page as a popup? I've tried using autohotkey with WinSet, Style, -0xC00000, A but at least with a youtube page, there remains a title bar at the top, I think this is something to do with chrome rather than windows, as it works on some other programs like notepad etc, it's kinda funky on file explorer tho
Excellent tool making it possible to watch my corporate GoogleChat threads without the overhead of a full browser window.
awesome for avoiding distractions
thank you
Did what I needed.
